Join us for an intimate four-course dinner with Uncle Nearest’s Master Distiller Victoria Butler alongside our very own James Beard Award-Winning Chef Andrew Carmellini.
We will pair four award-winning expressions of Uncle Nearest’s whiskey, including their newly released Black Label Single Barrel with some of Chef Andrew Carmellini and Carne Mare's signatures like Wagyu Beef Tartare, Mezzi Rigatoni and Filet Rossini. We will also be showcasing Carne Mare’s tableside cocktail: the Sicilian Manhattan featuring Uncle Nearest’s 100 Proof Straight Rye.
